Learn to make fresh pasta from scratch!

This workshop will teach you how to make traditional meat lasagne, meat filled cannelloni, spinach & ricotta ravioli and fettuccine.

You will also learn to make the fillings along with a traditional napoli sauce.

Learn to use your pasta machine properly to create an amazing gourmet meal.

At the end of the class sit down and enjoy what you have created with a nice bottle of wine from the Yarra Valley!
