Banquet Classes

Banquet Classes provides the opportunity to experience a traditional Italian feast. Banquet Classes are a fun, "hands on" and informative cooking lesson, where a 3 course meal is prepared and then enjoyed by the class with a glass of wine from Sticks Yarra Valley. When finished, sit back with an Italian Espresso coffee or a cup of tea, and discuss a job well done. Course notes and recipes are provided for you to take home.

Duration: Classes are held from 10:30am to 2:30pm
